I'm back!

For now, at least - until I get that lazy spell again. BUT, this morning I completed the full swim workout. It also helps that Bryon got back into town late last night so I didn't need to cut it short.

My workout was:
200 pre-workout laps
50 basic drill
3x100 build up to hard (hardest: 1:25)
400 kick
3x200 build up to hard (hardest: I think 2:55?)
300 pull
3x300 build up to hard (hardest: 5:00!Just as my race last Sunday)
50 cool down
TOTAL: 3100y; 1.76 miles

Not too shabby! And I've got to admit, I do love swimming. You realize how peaceful it is with just you and the water when you're hanging on the wall between sets and see the arms flying in and out of the water and water splashing everywhere. But soon you get to go back under and it's quiet - except for my random whimpers. Can't wait til we get in the 50 meter outdoor pool though!
