Let the training commence

I've actually got an update on my training! So exciting - I think I've gotten over the bronchitis and the slacking off, and back to waking early and getting my workouts done.

My last week and a half included:
Sat., Ride on the trainer 1.5 hrs
Sun., Swim 2,000m
Mon., Indoor spin class with coach
Tues., Swim 2500m
Wed., Ride on the trainer 1hr
Fri., Elliptical for 30min and weights
Sat., Swim 3,000m
Sun., 4 mile run with Duke
Mon., Indoor spin class with coach
Tues., Swim 2400m

Now, however, my left shoulder is now tweaked again, but I had a first bout of ART this morning. It's an old injury that last flared up really bad during my Ironman training in which I got 3 cortisone shots within 9 months.

Anyhow, no upcoming race updates yet, so training is purely for *fun* and get my base back up.
